Administrator of Treasure Coast Homecare Specialists, where we specialize in providing private duty nursing to the geriatric and pediatric community as well as serving persons with disabilities. My mission is to provide compassionate, quality healthcare to those who are looking for assistance with their activities of daily living, as well as those who are completely dependent on healthcare services making them feel like they are my only client. Chrystal has been in the home health care industry for over 20 years and brings a myriad of experience as an administrator. Her education is in Bible Theology and her faith defines who she is. Chrystal's goal is to make a positive impact on the world.

Shelly Victor
Director of Nursing

Shelly has over 10 yrs experience in the healthcare industry in various positions. Having a true love for the people and a desire to make a positive impact in the world, Shelly dedicated her time to becoming a Registered Nurse. Graduating from Kesier University with an Associates Degree in Nursing and furthering her education at Western Governors University, graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Shelly's experience as a Nurse includes Long Term Care, Case Management, Infectious Disease and Homecare. Shelly believes God has given her an opportunity to spread love through Nursing and she enjoys every aspect of making others happy.
