Services Include

Personal Supports

Personal Supports provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, mobility, and community participation. Services are tailored to each individual’s abilities and goals, encouraging independence while ensuring safety and well-being. Our team works closely with clients to build confidence, strengthen daily living skills, and promote active engagement at home and in the community.

Respite Care

Our respite care services provide temporary relief for primary caregivers while ensuring individuals continue to receive safe, compassionate, and reliable support. Whether for a few hours or extended periods, respite services help prevent caregiver burnout and promote overall family stability. Care is delivered in a structured and supportive environment, maintaining routines and continuity while offering reassurance and peace of mind.

Companion Services

Companion services are designed to provide supervision, social engagement, and meaningful interaction to individuals who may require support throughout the day. Our caregivers encourage participation in recreational activities, community outings, and skill-building opportunities that reduce isolation and promote emotional well-being. The goal is to foster positive relationships, build confidence, and support a more active and connected lifestyle.

Supported Living Coaching

Supported Living Coaching focuses on helping individuals develop the skills needed to live as independently as possible in their homes and communities. Services may include assistance with budgeting, meal planning, household management, scheduling appointments, and navigating community resources. Through consistent guidance and encouragement, individuals gain confidence, strengthen decision-making abilities, and work toward greater self-sufficiency.

Supported Employment Services

Our Supported Employment Services assist individuals in preparing for, obtaining, and maintaining meaningful employment. This includes job readiness training, resume development, interview preparation, job placement assistance, and on-the-job coaching. We work closely with employers and support coordinators to ensure a successful match and provide ongoing support to promote long-term job retention and career growth.

Behavior Assistant Services (RBT)

Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), supervised by a BCBA, provide personalized, evidence-based support to reinforce positive behaviors and reduce challenges. Sessions teach coping, social, and daily living skills, while collaborating with families to ensure consistent, effective care. Clients gain confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills to thrive.

BCBA Services

BCBA Services are provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who conducts behavioral assessments and develops individualized intervention plans. These services focus on understanding behavioral patterns, teaching adaptive skills, and implementing evidence-based strategies to encourage positive outcomes. Ongoing monitoring, data collection, and collaboration with families and care teams ensure measurable progress and consistent support.
