Chrystal Baker

Chrystal Baker serves as Administrator at Treasure Coast HomeCare Specialists, overseeing in-home care and behavioral health services. With over 20 years of home healthcare experience, she provides strong, dedicated leadership and clinical coordination to support diverse client needs.

She has supervised private duty nursing, personal care, and behavioral health services for individuals with developmental and complex medical conditions. Guided by her background in Biblical Theology, Chrystal leads with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

Shelly Wells

Shelly Wells, BSN, RN, brings over 10 years of healthcare experience to her role at Treasure Coast HomeCare Specialists. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from Keiser University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University. Her clinical experience includes Long-Term Care, Case Management, Infectious Disease, and Home Health Care. Shelly believes nursing is not just a profession but a calling, and she is dedicated to providing compassionate, dependable care that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Clarissa Sanchez

Clarissa brings over 20 years of experience in operations and administrative management to her role at Treasure Coast HomeCare Specialists. As Care Coordinator, she supports referrals, scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care services.

Her strong organizational and compliance knowledge helps maintain healthcare and insurance requirements. Clarissa is dedicated to providing responsive, dependable support to clients, families, and healthcare partners with professionalism, compassion, and care.
